DETAILS:

- As with any good zombie survival plot, teams should at least be optional. (if a person wants to go solo, that person may do so) A team max of three will be good. Also, if you enter as a team, you leave as one.

- Contestants must be mundane humans. With a little leeway, as always. (For example, characters like Simon, Dustin/Black or Claude from DA-BR.) NO characteristics or abilities that COULD BE THE DECIDING FACTOR THAT WINS A MATCH. ONLY CHARACTERISTICS AND ABILITIES THAT CAN ENHANCE STORY FLAVOR.
You can start with whatever weapons you want, within reason.

- The contest is driven BY STORY (as well as good ol' zombie smashing). We give everyone a certain event(s) they must include in their entries. These events slowly reveal the nature, motives, and people behind the zombie legion.

- Include unclaimed previous DA-BR contestants as zombies. (pretty much a given) [see below for what "unclaimed" means.] Former DA-BR contestants will be more cunning and tenacious than regular zombies, like bosses from Resident Evil or the fast ghouls from 28 Days Later. They'll also possess any weapons they had until they died, whether such weapons were claimed by their killers or not. It's all about novelty.

-Contestants that die IN THIS CONTEST will become Zombie bosses!

- The rounds will alternate. It'll go in waves. One "battle" round of CHALLENGE AND FIGHTING. One "stay alive" round of SURVIVAL AND SCARE. and one "normal" round of BOTH AND THEN SOME.

- If we have contestants that want to reuse characters that have died in the past, we will allow them to do so, resurrecting them fully with no undead aftertaste or anything, saying that they were products of Jay's experiment gone right. The only catch is that they awake naked in the lab, the nexus of zombie activity.

-Also, NPCs. there should be some. ~Aikin and I will submit a few, but we'll be counting on you guys to do your part as well.

-Also, weapons, new ones will be added, with "weapon drops" in certain zones. Certain matches that take place in those zones could be to see who gets the weapon. You will not know what the weapon is until you win.

-We'll let people pick which zones they will be in at the start of each round. Just like in DA-BR.

-The zombies will be organized across the map, with each map square having a certain zombie concentration.


- PRIZES! I will be providing subscriptions and story requests to the WINRARS, but we NEED MOAR! COME JOIN THE PARTY!

XXXMAS LIST (glug glug glug)

I'm participating in the Christmas trade list that is hosting. Here is some stuff I would like drawn. In no particular order,

1. Jee, Gregor and Gorger's estranged sister. Described in the big ol' gorger ref on my front page. Just search for "Jee" in the text with your browser search tool.

2. Neverwas in a DC comics style format. Description found in the same place as Jee's.

3. Group image of Mammon, Gorogroth, Gurzigoth and Killroy in whatever style you'd like.

4. A truly terrifying portrait of Gorger. I want to be scared to look at it, NO JOKE.

5. Gregor being homeless and hungry in the snow, ala The Little Match Girl

6. A good solid image of the final scene of Pan's Labyrinth. You know what I'm talking about.

7. An awe-inspiring image of Raziel. I haven't described him yet, so here goes.
